Gucci is ushering in Lunar New Year with a capsule collection of of apparel, shoes and accessories decorated with popular manga character Doraemon.
The adorable blue cat is overlaid on a range of items printed with Gucci’s signature monogram, including leather bags, phone cases and the brand’s coveted Princetown loafers. Hoodies bear a smiling Doraemon alongside Gucci’s double-G emblem, while silk scarves depict the cartoon character smelling pastel pink flowers. Referencing the upcoming year of the ox, an illustration of Doraemon dressed as a cow appears on a leather and mesh-paneled cap. Additional items including wallets, slides and tees round out the line.
Select items from the Doraemon x Gucci Lunar New Year collection are available now at Gucci’s website. The rest of the capsule will debut later in January.
